We will arrive in Ashland on Sunday, September 28, 2014. Our hotel is the Plaza Inn and Suites . The inn is located at 98 Central Avenue. The telephone number is 1-888-488-03583. You must make your own room reservations. We have negotiated a special nightly rate of $179 plus tax for Sunday through Thursday. Rates are higher on Friday and Saturday. Reserve your room by August 1 to get the special rate. The hotel has a small hot tub, fitness center, wifi, parking garage and a continental breakfast. Our Social Hours will be in the breakfast room. Our first Social Hour will be on Sunday starting at 5:00. I will distribute hard-copy information packets and go over all of the administrative details of the tour. The remaining Social Hours will probably start at 5:30, but this is negotiable.
